Up to 1 day before arrival:
in the event of a positive test result for one of the people booked or travel restrictions imposed by governments and regions, you may request a refund of your deposit or move your stay to another time during the summer without losing any of the already paid amount!
The only condition is that you have completed the online check-in within seven days of booking.

Beach
- The beach in Rimini is famous for being very long. This characteristic makes our beaches totally, safe to guarantee the correct distance between one beach umbrella and another!
- More distance means more privacy and more relaxation... not bad! ⛱️
- Hand sanitiser gel is available at the entrance to the beach, other dispensers are along the main walkway
- Each family is obliged to use the assigned sun loungers until the end of the holiday.
- Use of a beach towel is compulsory
- Sun loungers are periodically disinfected
Animation
- What would a holiday be without animation? Activities are planned in full compliance with safety measures and proper spacing!
- Activities with children are planned and organised so as not to create crowds and so that they can have fun in complete safety.
- The children's play areas are cleaned and disinfected each time they are used
- Outdoor entertainment is provided, while maintaining the interpersonal distance of both the entertainment staff and the guests, with seats positioned at the appropriate distance.
- Activities such as beach tennis, beach volleyball, table tennis, carom are only possible if played individually and not in groups.
Cleaning and disinfection of the premises
- In the hotel, we use specific medical products for all surfaces at the correct concentrations, supplied by an accredited company.
- Air conditioning and air exchange units are disinfected weekly
- Each common area is cleaned several times a day and disinfected following specific procedures. We have always done this, but this year we are doing it even more thoroughly.
- Outdoor areas are disinfected as well as all areas in contact with the public
- The lifts are disinfected several times a day

- Rooms are disinfected at every check-out
- Linen is supplied by a company certified for bio-contamination

Safety distances and Restaurant
- In common areas: our spaces are large and it is easy to maintain a distance of one and a half metres from other guests
- In the dining and eating areas: breakfast and dinner are served in full compliance with the social distancing imposed by the regulations
- Breakfast is as good as ever! The only difference is that we serve it in table service mode.
- Meals are served at the table and to a smaller number of people than the total capacity of the rooms in order to ensure the necessary social distancing
Guests
- We have masks, gloves and hand cleansing gels available for our guests.
- Masks are available at reception
- The use of masks inside the hotel is only compulsory when moving around the corridors and common areas: we all use them to ensure both your safety and ours.
- We encourage our guests not to leave personal belongings or luggage in the common areas.
- Access in the lift is only allowed for one person at a time or for people from the same household: if you have no special needs, we kindly ask you to use the stairs.
- We recommend that you keep a distance of at least 1 metre from other guests and staff members.
- It is recommended that you cover your mouth and nose with a handkerchief if you sneeze.
- If you have a fever or flu-like symptoms please inform the hotel staff
- A thermometer is available at reception for body temperature checks
Staff
- The entire staff is equipped with protective equipment (masks and gloves) for their own safety and that of our guests
- The entire staff has been trained in hygiene rules and protocols so that they can work safely for themselves and for others
- In case of need, our Covid Manager can be contacted and will know how to implement all the necessary precautions
- Even though we will be wearing masks, we promise you that we will not be short of smiles! 💜
