DO YOU HAVE A BEACH UNDER AGREEMENT?
Yes, of course! The beach is only a few metres away from our hotel.
HOW FAR IS THE HOTEL FROM THE BEACH?
Only 200 metres!
IS THE BEACH EQUIPPED FOR CHILDREN?
Children are our most important guests: on the beach, they can have fun in an inflatable play area and a well-equipped and fully fenced playground.
CAN I CHOOSE AN UMBRELLA IN THE FIRST ROW?
Yes, you can choose the one you prefer for an extra charge.

ARE PETS ALLOWED IN THE HOTEL?
Certainly!
ARE PETS ALLOWED ON THE BEACH?
Yes, you will need to keep your dog on a 1-metre long leash and carry a photocopy of the health certificate.

Yes, in a quiet, family-friendly area.

Of course, you can find it in every room.
IS THERE A CHARGE FOR THE MINIBAR IN THE ROOM?
Absolutely not!

Yes there is.

Yes, all rooms have air conditioning.

Of course and they are free of charge.

For younger guests there is dedicated cutlery, seats, bibs, glasses and plastic plates.
DO YOU ALSO OFFER A MENU FOR CHILDREN?
Yes, and there is also a corner for children at the buffet.
DO YOU HAVE A TOILET SEAT REDUCER AND BABY BATH TUBS?
Yes, everything is free.
IS THERE ANIMATION FOR CHILDREN?
Of course, every day from noon to 2 pm and from 7 pm to 9 pm, and they are the same people on the beach.
IN CASE OF BAD WEATHER, WHAT CAN I DO TO KEEP THE CHILDREN FROM BEING BORED?
Very easy, we have an in-house playroom!
IS THERE AN INFLATABLE PLAY AREA ON THE PROPERTY?

WHAT DOES THE PLAYROOM INSIDE THE HOTEL CONSIST OF?
It has a blackboard, books, colouring sheets, a cinema for the children in the evening and on rainy days.

DO YOU PREPARE FOOD FOR PEOPLE WITH INTOLERANCES?
Yes of course, including dishes for celiacs.

Breakfast is continental to suit all tastes.

Lunch: access to the hall from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm.

In the ALL-INCLUSIVE package, water, wine and soft drinks are always included with the meals.

Yes, over the last five years all the interiors have been renovated.

You can reserve a spot in a fenced parking lot at a cost of €10 per day
IS THERE A DEPOSIT TO CONFIRM THE BOOKING?
Yes, there is a 25% deposit on the total amount of the stay.
AFTER CONFIRMING THE QUOTE, HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO PAY THE DEPOSIT?
10 days' time.
IF I DO NOT COME FOR MAJOR REASONS DO I LOSE MY DEPOSIT?
No, you can insure your deposit with very few euros.
WHAT ARE THE TIMES FOR CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT?
Check-in starts at 1pm and check-out by 10 am.
WILL LUNCH BE PROVIDED ON THE DAY OF ARRIVAL?
Yes, of course!
